DevTeam.Games is a platform to run hackathons, IT competitions and educational events: registration and forms, teams, tasks and tracks, jury evaluation, leaderboards, certificates, mailings, and cabinets for organisers, sponsors, jury and participants.
Participants always use the platform for free. Prices are in EUR excluding VAT (EU B2B reverse charge).

Upgrading
When an event needs more than 100 participants or more features, the organiser links a card and upgrades in the cabinet. Switching to a higher plan is one click, with a surcharge.
Marketplace apps
For any event on any plan, including Free, you can add paid apps and functions from the platform marketplace for different event stages: special task formats, solution checks, integrations. Apps are paid one-time or by subscription, and the price is shown on the app card.
Billing and refunds
- Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) with the saved card.
- You can switch off renewal in the cabinet at any time. Access stays until the end of the paid period.
- A paid period is not refunded, except where required by law.
- A one-time plan is valid until the event ends.
- If a one-time plan is cancelled before the event starts, we refund the payment minus the payment processing fee. No refund is made after the event starts.
- Payment by Visa or Mastercard card online.
